Graduation !

Graduation!

Sorry for the wait, but I'm excited to share that on June 1, 2024, I graduated from the Multimedia

Communications program. I felt so grateful to have my son manage my stream while I walked across the stage. My grandmother and boyfriend accompanied me, making the day even more special.

I arrived early with a fellow graduate to pick up our cap and gown. Afterward, we finished getting ready and met with our families to get them seated. We gathered at the entrance,

ready for our procession to the gymnasium. Led by drummers, we walked outside to a line of people high-fiving and congratulating us. The whole experience was overwhelmingly emotional.

This graduation meant a lot to me for many reasons. I never graduated high school due to various circumstances, but after receiving a stem cell transplant in 2019, I got a second chance. I've been learning to set boundaries, understand my worth, and ask for help (still a challenge). This time, I returned to school with no one to blame but myself. Although there was a moment when I thought I wouldn't graduate—after receiving my first F, which really stung—I persevered. I had put immense pressure on myself and burnt out. Balancing graphic design, video editing, illustration, coding, and writing, I also learned to advocate for myself and express my creativity. Despite my body still getting tired easily, I completed my courses and now have the tools to embark on my next adventure.

On Twitch, I'm starting to integrate Fairy Keannalilly into my streams. I plan to incorporate new walk-ons and redeems to boost engagement.

On the graphic design front, I'm currently working on a webpage project and a logo. I can't wait to share what I've created for my clients, with their permission, of course.
